International Harvester Tractor 10-20 Brass Carburetor

Up for sale is this International Harvester 10-20 Brass Carburetor. Obviously from the pics it’s in very good to excellent condition. Originally, somebody tried screwing something in the hole next to the carbs mouth and a little cracked occurred. I brought it in to a mechanic and he repaired it. He doesn’t believe the carb was ever used. There is no smell of diesel. The number next to the repair is 1722 C. The number next to the linkage is 5645 TMA. The number on the base is C11. Other numbers are 178 VG could be a “C” instead of a “G” & 175 VA. It is in excellent condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind that I can see or know of except for a little solder on the copper tube which is very common on these carburetors. Everything moves as it should and with minimal effort I believe this carburetor should be ready to be used on an engine or put in your inventory as a spare. There is very little wear on the throttle shaft. The choke shaft needs to be bushed but that is a very straightforward exercise. It mounts with two holes 3 5/16 inches apart on center. The hole in the mounting flange is 1 5/8″ in diameter and the intake hole is about 1 3/4″ in diameter. These original 15-30 carburetors are quite tough to find in the wild or even at swap meets!
