Some of the pages are are plastic coated and have wax crayon check marks where the dealer checked boxes (the marks do wipe off) There is wear to it, dents, soiling, bends, wear at the hole punches, light wrinkles, bends, surface wear, dents, etc. This item is one of many that is part of an inventory from our parents’business as an International Harvester Dealer that was in operation for over 50 years.
