This is a very nice original International Harvester F6 magneto as used on some earlier International Harvester McCormick Deering tractors and power units. It should be correct for the W40, TD18, P40 power unit and possibly others but please do your homework to be sure it is correct for your application. It is fresh from an old collectors estate where it lived on a shelf for many years. It is in great condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs that I can see or know of except for a chipped leadout which is strictly cosmetic and won’t affect its performance. It mounts on a 2 inch square hole pattern and the threads are in great shape. It is clockwise rotation and turns over nicely with no noticeable bearing wear or noise. The impulse works as it should. Everything inside the points cover is in real nice shape. It has excellent, hot spark that is sure to run your engine if it is set up properly. It would also make a great spare on the shelf. Take a look at the pictures and decide if you need it. These magnetos in this condition are tough to find and this one should be ready to go to work for you!
