I think this is a 1940s/ 50s I nternational Harvester model 1724DC carburetor. The carburetor was used for IH 1725 engines on tractors or farm equipment. The unit needs to be refurbished and cleaned up. It has some dirt inside and has been in storage for many decades. It is also outfitted as photographed with some components missing.
