This is an original IH casting. This is what you want if you are serious about show. The rebuild kit used was a complete kit which included all wear parts, throttle shaft with metal stops, seals, drip filter, gaskets and all necessary hardware (bolts, springs and screws). All parts are American made. This kit is the highest quality kit available. Throttle shaft bushing replaced and/or reamed to size to assure a tight fitting and smooth operating throttle. This is absolutely one of the key steps of a quality rebuild. All jets and orifices gauged to confirm proper size or replaced as necessary. The carburetor body was media blasted to remove all rust. All external brass parts have been polished. The carburetor has been primed, painted and clear coated. Attention to paint detail is assured! The float has been pressure tested and set to factory specs 1-5/16? The #27 venturi has been polished for smooth airflow. The throttle bore has been honed. All gasket surfaces have been honed flat to remove high spots. Every thread has been chased to assure precise assembly and fitment. This part is very distinguishable from a factory part. You are not likely to find a highly detailed carburetor like this for sale elsewhere.
