International Harvester General Sales Catalogs Repair Manuals Tractors Magneto

We have rare treat here! A general sales catalog binder full of information on the International Harvester lines of tractors and crawlers. The catalogs included are; Magnetos Engine Valves Farmall M. MD and 6 series Farmall H and 4 series Farmall A. BN & International A 9 series Tractors and Power Units There are 6 catalogs on all and they are chocked full of all kinds of information to repair you IH tractor, crawler or power unit. There greasy smudge marks on them and broken pages that are coming out of the binder. I cannot guarantee that all pages are there. If your looking for mint condition, THESE ARE NOT IT!! There are even some note pad papers stuck in the catalogs here and there in the pages, I will leave them in there. I think this binder of catalogs was actually used by someone that worked on the tractors and didn’t just let it just set on the shelf. The binder is dirty and shows some wear it has a few nicks in it here and there. (see 4th picture) The covers show some dirt and wear. The front cover lettering is pretty faded. The short flap on the back is loose. (see last picture) Ask any questions. International Harvester J4 Magneto S/N J4162272. This magneto has over an hour of test time on our magneto testing. Dissembled, Cleaned inside and out, see pictures. Complete tuneup, all parts inspected. New Impulse coupling spring oil wick. Magnets recharged and tested. Coil tested for arc and heat. Bearings and gears Cleaned / Packed / inspected. New screws and hardware. New oil wick / filter. Comes with new mounting gasket. Over 25 new parts installed. Strong smooth Impulse coupling / rebuilt / tested for “kick-out”. INTERNATIONAL HARVESTER H4 CCW Diesel Engine Gas Start Magneto UD WD Tractor HOT

This is a rather hard to find original International Harvester four cylinder magneto that was used on the early IHC gas-start diesel engines and tractors originally. I believe it was used on the WD6, WD9, WDR9, UD6, UD9, UD14, UD18, UD24, TD6, TD9, TD14, TD18, TD24 and possibly others. Please do your homework to be sure it will work for your application. It is flange mount. It is counter clockwise rotation and turns over nicely with good magnetism. The impulse seems to work as it should and it puts out a good spark on all four leadouts. It may put out a hotter spark with some more cleaning or adjustment. There are no cracks, breaks, or repairs of any kind that I can see or know of other than a slight chip on the top of the flange which is strictly cosmetic and won’t affect anything. This magneto should be ready to run your engine if it is set up properly. If you’ve been looking for a hot magneto for your tractor or for a solid spare on the shelf here’s a very nice one.
