Here is an IHC F4 4 Cylinder magneto. It looks to be in nice shape and seems to function just as it should. It makes a nice hot spark. If you want to talk about it 419 789 1159. Impulse seems to work as it should. 2″ x 2″ mounting pattern, the threads in those holes look great! Weighs 13-3/4 lbs before any packing material or box. I think I list items very accurately but my opinion on condition may differ from yours. I have not had most of these mags apart and may not know what the inside looks like.
