Glogowski who was the Plant Manager of the International Harvester Farmall Plant in Rock Island, IL. The metal plate on the plaque says M. Wyffels – Best Regards – East Moline Plant – M. The condition is not perfect, but still solid and nothing broken! It just has some dirt and scratches. This is a 1/16 Scale model.
